PreviewArizonaHomes.com is operated by Jon Hegreness, REALTOR, Arizona license BR540940000, with Howe Realty, 9059 W Lake Pleasant Pkwy, B-200, Peoria, AZ 85382. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Jon Hegreness and his office at Howe Realty.

2. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using PreviewArizonaHomes.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always the one posted here, and the “last updated” date above tells you when it changed.

3. Listing data accuracy

Property listing data on this site is provided by third-party multiple listing services (including ARMLS, the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service) and is updated on a regular feed. We believe the data to be reliable, but we do not warrant it. Listings can change status, price, or availability between feed updates. Square footage, lot size, room counts, school assignments, HOA fees, tax records, and similar attributes are third-party-sourced and should be independently verified before any purchase decision.

Property photos, descriptions, and remarks may be authored by the listing brokerage and do not necessarily reflect our opinions or representations.
