It is the wrong move for buyers who want the celebrity-anchored ultra-private identity (look at Whisper Rock), prefer resort-hotel hospitality with on-site dining and spa (The Boulders), or want the broader open-acreage character of the Cave Creek foothills (look at non-club custom builds in 85331).
