I have worked with many Title Insurance offices throughout the valley and continue to do so, but this is the office that gets the majority of my files.  I have been working with this office since my second transaction as a licensed agent and continue to send them a deal or two every month.  Although their location is not convenient to many of my clients they do offer to sign my clients at any branch office or at a location of my client's choice, such as their home.  They are very knowledgeable and on top of things and time and again my closings are easier at this office.  They were referred to me by an experienced agent when I was new and would recommend them to anyone.  - Jon Hegreness

So straight up...I am struggling with the fact that this company, or any other home warranty company is on a page called "Trusted" anything.  For years I was a fan of Home Warranty companies and this was one of my favorites.  Lately I hear many complaints about these companies not covering items that I would considered covered per the policy.  I will not go into specifics, but I describe home warranty plans as a roll of the dice these days.  If they cover a large item you will be glad you ordered the warranty.  If they decline to cover an item you wish or thought would be covered then you will be mad you ordered the policy at all.  I have a hard time putting my name to any warranty company at this point, but if I had to recommend one it would be LandAmerica.  After saying all that I would recommend ordering a Warranty Policy on any resale purchase for at least the first year.  The relative low cost can pay off big, especially in a market filled with Bank Owned sales and no property history at the time of purchase.  Get One!!
